From Army Roots to Corporate Suits: Our Founders Story
I still remember the sound of packing boxes being taped shut—a familiar rhythm that marked each new beginning in my childhood. As an Army kid, home wasn't a fixed address but rather wherever my Mother's next posting took me.​

Little did I know that those countless relocations across India would become the foundation of everything I build today.
The Seeds of Transformation
"You'll make new friends again," my mother would reassure me as we'd drive toward another unfamiliar school, another unfamiliar town. And somehow, I always did.​ Each new posting taught me something invaluable—how to read a room in minutes, how to adapt my communication to connect with different cultures, how to present myself with confidence even when I felt like an outsider. Without realizing it, I was developing the very skills that would one day become the cornerstone of Ustride.

Life has a funny way of coming full circle. Just when I thought I understood the rhythm of constant movement, I married an Army officer. The universe clearly had plans for me to continue mastering the art of adaptation and resilience.

Finding My Own Stride
​
At the age of 21, I took my first step into the world of corporate training, becoming one of the youngest trainers in India. I didn’t just choose this path—it chose me. My passion for helping people find their voice and presence in professional settings became my driving force.
​
My journey took me from those early days of finding my place in new schools to graduating from Delhi University, and finally to the Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership-Cambridge University. Along the way, I pursued certifications as a Professional Master Trainer-UK, Train the Trainer (Rule the Room)- USA, NLP Practitioner, Life Coach, and Image & Style Consultant - Singapore. Each qualification became a tool to help others navigate their own transformations.

I often saw talented professionals struggling—not because they lacked skills but because they couldn’t communicate their value effectively. Brilliant minds were being overlooked because they hadn’t mastered the subtle dynamics of executive presence. It wasn’t enough to have technical know-how; you needed the confidence and clarity to express it.

I knew something needed to change. I thought to myself, “There has to be a better way.” That’s when I took the step to make a difference. I began with a genuine belief that empowerment serves as the compass guiding every stride forward. I started small—one client at a time—developing training approaches that honored both the science of communication and the art of personal expression.

Ustride began not with a business plan, but with a question: What if transformation could be both authentic and strategic?
Word spread. One successful client led to another. Corporate teams began reaching out—first locally, then nationally, and eventually internationally. Today, we’ve trained over 200 corporate teams, each engagement reinforcing my core belief that life doesn’t get better by chance; it gets better by change.
